Achieving Goals

Kindred Spirits helps dog owners in training their pets to become well-behaved, happy, and wonderful companions.

We provide owners with insights into their dog’s behavior and advice for effective communication.

By offering the guidance and reinforcement dogs need, we aim to build strong habits and ultimately enhance the bond between dogs and their owners.

Benefits of Group Classes

Socialization

A  group class is an excellent  opportunity that provides dogs to have positive interactions with one another under highly trained supervision while learning new skills and focusing on you.

Motivation

There is something to be said about being in a group class that motivates you to follow through on your training with your dog.  As you watch others work with their dogs, it reinforces your commitment to be a better dog trainer for your dog.

Better focus

Due to the higher levels of distractions, your dog will learn to overcome the challenges that every day life brings, and learn to develop better self-control and focus despite them.

It's fun

Group classes are a lot of fun for both you and your dog! Being able to share all the silly things our dogs do with other like minded people is cathartic, entertaining, and educational. It creates a sense of community.

Learn from others

Many dog owners ask questions and share their personal experiences about their dog.  This creates more opportunities to educate others on how to address concerns or unusual behaviors.

Thinking ahead

If you decide that you want your  dog to be a therapy dog or enroll them in a CGC class, they will have a head start by learning to ignore other dogs and distractions that are around them while they learning to focus on you.
